Preschool Summer Program Session 2

For children who are currently in our 3 or 4-year-old St. Junipero Serra Catholic School Preschool program, or new 4-year-old children to our school who have birth dates between 8/31/2014 and 9/1/2015 and are potty trained. The Preschool Summer School class schedule is from 8:00 - 11:30 a.m. and includes a snack and recess time with the same teacher. Parents must provide a full change of clothing in a baggie marked with their child’s name. Please send a daily snack for your child each day in a container marked with your child’s name.

PRESCHOOL DAILY SCHEDULE:

7:45 – 8:00 a.m.  Valet Drop off or Walk in with Parent 

8:00 – 9:00 a.m.  Class Time

9:00  – 9:15 a.m.  Snack/Recess

10:15 – 11:30 a.m.  Class Time

11:30 – 11:45 a.m.   Dismissal through PEB Marshall Lanes 

The morning schedule will include fun, developmentally appropriate activities in the following areas:

    Religion, Reading and Math Readiness

    Free Play - Developmentally appropriate toys and props to encourage creative and cooperative play

    Centers and iPad activities to provide games and skills practice in all subject areas

    Music - Rhymes, songs, and movement activities

    Art - Creative expression with various mediums such as finger painting and easel painting

    Storytime, outdoor play, snack

*Our preschool is a peanut-free environment

PRESCHOOL EXTENDED CARE:

• Offered for $307.50 per child, per session for morning and afternoon Extended Care, or $12/hour, per student drop-in rate. 
• Billed separately through FACTS
